We offer an independent, marine surveying service and have over 52 years of experience in the industry.  We work with commercial vessel owners and insurers, including fishing vessels and ferries, as well as leisure craft owners and insurers.

We specialise in Damage Surveying both on behalf of individual owners as well as marine insurers and specialist marine lawyers (in cases requiring expert witness via technical reports). A Damage Survey can take the form of damage claims assessments; damage reports; and repair recommendations.

We are based in South Devon and work extensively across Devon and Cornwall, the south coast, Wales, Scotland and other British waterways. We also travel overseas to Holland, Vietnam and Asia. We are guided by the principles of co-operation, honesty and impartiality and aim to respond quickly to our clients needs- especially where further damage to a vessel, or to income from that vessel, is likely. While we appreciate that leisure craft owners are often heavily invested emotionally and financially in their vessel, we are also highly sensitive to the realities of the commercial and fishing industry- and seek to offer timely, solution-focussed advice and services when needed.
